We are so very grateful to you for your patience with us as we navigate through this unprecedented time, due to Covid-19. We would like to refund two weeks in March to the 4 year olds, who will not be coming back to us for the 2020-2021 school year. We would like to credit the accounts of all the families who will be returning to us in 2020-2021 for those 2 weeks. We understand there are individual cases or circumstances that may need to be handled differently. Please contact Janet at [email protected] and she will be happy to work with you on a case by case basis.
If you have checks mailed to the office through your bank or employer, please stop those for April and May.
If you have a Flex Spending account, and need to continue to make your payments, we can continue to credit your account and when you make your plans for 2021, you can reduce the amount to reflect these credits.
Our teachers are being paid through the end of the school year, May 21. Thank you for your questions and concerns on their behalf. We are so grateful for you compassion and thoughtfulness.
The latest information we have is that school is closed until 5/15. We will be back in touch, should something change and if we should have the opportunity to reopen. As it stands right now, there is one more potential week of preschool, our last scheduled day is 5/21. We still plan to have a graduation for the 4’s, more info to come!
